Painting is a fantastic way to relax and have fun with friends!  It also serves as a therapeutic escape, enabling people to express themselves joyfully and with no judgement.

My love of art has opened doors of opportunity in my professional life.  Many adult participants have confessed how relaxing painting is.  I often incorporate art and crafting in with my responsibilities as a public-school outreach coordinator.   I have lost count of the number of times a student felt safe enough through art to express their emotions where they otherwise would have not.  Teachers and school district administrators have invited HeART to facilitate a painting event that enhance topics such as "Positive Mindset", "Black History Month", "Bullying" and "Diversity" to name a few.

 

I have been invited to offer art in a variety of settings to provide the activity for the evening; to enhance a women's group or sorority gathering; virtual painting events; events for employees; attract customers into restaurants on a slow night; and represent the "A" in STEAM science education.  Yes, Art is a science!!   Art has endless expressions, immersive effects, and can enhance a variety of events.
